The objective of this Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy (“Policy”) is to:

• Set out the responsibilities and obligations of each and every person working for or with Lantech Resources (M) Sdn Bhd in observing and complying with the applicable laws on anti-bribery and corruption.
• Provide information and guidance on:

Lantech Resources (M) Sdn Bhd prohibits the offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting of kickbacks, favors, gratuities, gifts, hospitality, donation, facilitation payments, preferential terms, or anything of value to and by each and every person working for or with Lantech Resources (M) Sdn Bhd which may influence or may be construed to influence negotiations or dealings with Lantech Resources (M) Sdn Bhd or for Lantech Resources (M) Sdn Bhd.
