WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED?

A: You need to contact us within 3 days from the date of receiving the product, and we will offer you the option of either refunding your money or sending you a new unit. We will not refund your money if you contact us after the 3-day period from the date of receipt.

WHAT IF I DO NOT RECEIVE THE PRODUCT I ORDERED?

A: You need to contact the shipping company (based on the Tracking Number provided). However, we will also try to urge the shipping company to expedite delivery. If you have not received the product within 2 weeks, we will offer a refund or send a new unit.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO APPLY FOR A REFUND?
