Spy Gadgets currently ships to the whole of Malaysia, including Sabah & Sarawak.

We ship orders via our dedicated courier from PosLaju, DHL, and J&T.

All prices on our website is inclusive of the shipping rates. Your parcel delivery is FREE.
We deliver all orders using our standard packaging materials. We do not cater to any special packaging at the moment.
All packaging is completely discreet and not labelled with any of our branding.
We take great care to ensure your order is packaged effectively to avoid any damage to your goods.
We are only able to deliver to one delivery address per order. If you would like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place your order separately for each unique address.
We strive to deliver your purchased products within the shortest time possible. All orders are processed as soon as payment has been made.
All orders are dispatched and delivered by our designated carrier from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Cash-on-delivery is only within the Klang Valley only.

Discreet Billing and Packaging

When customers pay by debit or credit card there may be a concern that the billing reference on the bank or card statement would cause an issue. Here at Spy Gadgets, we understand that many customers may want to purchase with discretion, so the Name appearing next to the transaction will be Lantech Resources, thereby attracting less attention.

All our parcels are sent using plain packaging and there are no markings on the outside of the package that would indicate the nature of the type of product(s) within. We as a general rule do not put an invoice inside the package, just in case the package is opened in error by someone other than the specified recipient. All packages have the sender named as Lantech resources . By operating this policy we hope that customers can receive their orders without alerting unwanted attention.
